How our Wedding Invitation RSVP Service works!

Sign up! for our service before you print your wedding invitations since you will need to include the toll-free phone number and extension and web page address in your invitation.

After we receive your order, we will send an email to confirm your wedding information and schedule. We'll process your credit card and assign you a 3 digit phone extension. Now you have all the information for printing your wedding invitation.

We'll set up your recorded message and personalized web page. We'll keep in touch with you to make sure we have all the information you want to include.

Once your guest list is complete, email us your guest list. We ask you to provide

  • the first and last name of all invited guests,
(please use Guest if a guest is acceptable to you and the name is unknown)
  • their phone number
  • the number of guests you are expecting
as a spreadsheet or document with the first and last name of all guests included in the invitation and a phone number. We'll post your guest list on a password-protected private web page. You can check the guest list updates at any time. To see a demonstration web page: Sample 1 and click on the Administration link.

Your guests will call our toll-free number and enter your personal extension. They will hear a greeting with your wedding invitation details. They will then be requested to leave their invitation response on our voice mail system. Since our system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, your guests may respond anytime. It's quick, it's easy and it works well. Or your guests will visit RSVP Today, enter your personal extension and enter their invitation response.

We update your guest list with your guest responses.

You can also update your guest list if your guests respond directly to you, or if you have any last-minute additions.

After the RSVP date, we'll attempt to call your non-respondents twice. You'll know about our contacts attempts since we'll update your guest list.

After your wedding date, we'll make any per-invitation adjustments if your actual invitation count is different than the estimated invitation count when you signed up.

That's the process! We're efficient, we're professional - and we'll make your life easier.

    Dates, Dates, Dates

The Guest List Provided Date Ideally, we need this list before you mail your invitations so that we are prepared to receive your guests' responses. A Word or Excel file is best. The guest list must provide your guests' first and last name (John and Mary Smith, John Black and Mary Smith) and their phone number. If you do not include your guests' phone number, we will not be able to make a follow-up call to that guest.

The Invitation Mail Date is the date that the phone extension and the personalized web page will be fully prepared for your guests.

The Invitation RSVP Date is the date you've printed on your wedding invitations. Ideally, all your invited guests will have responded by this date - but, there are always those who haven't.

The Start Follow-Up Calls Date until the End Follow-Up Calls Date is the time period during which Invitation RSVP will call those invited guests who have not yet responded to your invitation. We will call the phone number associated with each invitation twice during this period. We suggest at least one week for these follow-up phone calls. Two weeks is even better.

The Date Final Guest Count Needed is usually determined by the date your caterer needs a precise count for your event. Of course, we will continue to accept your guest responses and forward the information to you until your Wedding Date.
