Planning a wedding reception? How many guests will attend?
Many of your wedding reception decisions (budget, location, style) will be influenced, if not determined, by the number of guests. You expect to create a guest list, send invitations and make arrangements. What you might not expect is that 20% to 40% of your guest list may not respond to your invitation by the RSVP date.
What then?
If you've signed up with RSVP Today to manage your guests responses, then we'll call your guests and inquire if they plan to attend the wedding, or if they send their regrets. If you haven't signed up with RSVP Today, you'll be thinking about who can make those calls on your behalf.
Our RSVP service starts with a toll-free phone number and a personalized web page that replaces the response card in your wedding invitation set. Your guests call the phone number or visit your personalized wedding web page with their response. Invited guests who haven't responded by your RSVP date will receive a follow-up phone call from us. Your updated guest responses are available to you on your password-protected web page.
Pricing is based on a set-up fee ($45.00) and the number of invitations sent ($1.25 per invitation).
